Custom Mascot Design & Production
Our custom mascot design services are included free of charge. Our creative staff will work with you until you are satisfied with the rendering of your mascot costume. Custom Mascot strives to create the exact look you want. At Up Front Mascots all our designs are originals that we guarantee never to reproduce them for any other client. Once your mascot is purchased you then own the rights to that design for any promotional requirements. our custom mascot design begins with getting to know your organization. Together we will develop a concept of your character, and work with you until you are satisfied with the design. Mascots are designed to profile your organization's existing colours or other visual identity elements. After our first contact we will have a full price quotation and a sketch returned to you within five business days, usually sooner! Only the finest quality, most durable materials are used in production at Custom Mascot! We offer mascot costumes that are performer friendly, safe and comfortable! Mascot costumes all include: body/head venting, wide visibility screens in the head form's design, weatherproof soles and safety treads. Up front mascots will assist you with innovative ideas on how to promote your custom designed mascot to its full potential.

Mascot Duplication
When you have multiple simultaneous promotions, duplicate mascot costumes are the answer! We can reproduce any mascot costume, whether we made the original or not! If we did not produce the original we can not guarantee, fabric will be an exact match but it will be close. We require your original be sent to us to reproduce your mascot. If we are working from a photo of your existing mascot there may be some small changes that the photo does not show. Ask us about volume discounts.

Mascot Alterations and Tailoring
Simply ship us the mascot costume. We can alter or repair to whatever specifications you require.

Mascot Costume Cleaning and Repairs*
Our mascot specialists can professionally clean and repair your mascot costume to keep it looking its best. We will complete a comprehensive inspection and consult
with you before any work is done. After the required repairs are completed, a final quality control inspection is done prior to shipping your mascot costume back to you.

* These services are free for an existing mascot costume when you send it to us for Mascot Duplication Services.

Mascot Accessories
Custom Mascot provides a full range of accessories for your mascot. Mascot Carry Bags: Custom made, water resistant carry bag, designed to carry all of your mascot costume pieces.

Ice Vests & Ice Packs: Our ice vest is designed to hold 4 cooling gel packs, (4 included with each vest). These vests assist performers in keeping body temperature down while performing, keeping energy at a premium for their performance! Auxiliary Gel packs (sets of four) can be purchased separately.

Fan Systems: Installed in the Mascot head, the fan is accompanied by a rechargeable battery and charger. Each component may be purchased separately.

Mascot Clothing & Props: We manufacture custom designed mascot clothing and props, made to fit. Cresting of names, logos, slogans, etc. may also be added to increase visibility of your organization's name or Visual Identity.
